We are seeking an experienced Plastic Injection Molding professional to operate, monitor, and maintain injection molding machines while ensuring high-quality production. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of molding processes, troubleshooting skills, and hands-on experience in machine setup, quality checks, and repairs.

Key Responsibilities

Operate, monitor, and adjust plastic injection molding machines to ensure efficient and accurate production.
Set up molds, machines, parameters, and material changes as per production requirements.
Conduct quality inspections on produced components to ensure compliance with specifications.
Identify defects, analyze root causes, and take corrective actions to minimize rejections.
Perform routine machine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of technical issues.
Maintain production logs, machine records, and quality documentation.
Ensure proper handling of molds, tools, and materials to prevent damage.
Collaborate with the production and quality teams to achieve output and quality targets.
Follow safety protocols, maintain cleanliness, and support 5S activities within the work area.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3-5 years of hands-on experience in plastic injection molding operations.
Strong knowledge of injection molding machines, molds, and materials.
Experience in technical troubleshooting, setup, and minor repairs.
Understanding of quality standards, defect identification, and inspection tools.
Ability to work in shifts and handle production pressures.
Good communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
