CRM Executive – Job Description
Job Title:
CRM Executive / CRM Training Executive

Job Summary:
The CRM Executive is responsible for training new hires, and clients on how to use the CRM system effectively. The role includes preparing training materials, conducting live sessions, creating user guides, and ensuring users understand CRM features, workflows, and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Training Delivery
Conduct CRM training sessions for employees, new joiners, and clients.
Provide hands-on demonstrations of CRM modules and workflows.
Guide users on data entry, tracking, reporting, and CRM best practices.
Conduct refresher training when CRM updates or new modules are introduced.
2. Training Material Development
Create training content such as PPTs, manuals, videos, SOPs, and FAQs.
Prepare step-by-step guides for CRM usage.
Update training materials regularly to match CRM changes.
3. User Support & Troubleshooting
Assist users with CRM-related issues and queries.
Identify common user challenges and provide solutions.
Coordinate with the CRM support/IT team for system-related problems.
4. CRM Implementation Support
Support teams during CRM onboarding or new rollouts.
Ensure proper setup of user roles, permissions, and modules.
Assist in testing new CRM features before release.
5. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain training attendance, feedback, and performance records.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports on training progress.
Document best practices and process improvements.
Skills Required:
Strong communication & presentation skills.
Ability to simplify technical concepts for beginners.
Good understanding of CRM systems (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
Experience in creating training content (PPTs, guides, videos).
Problem-solving skills and patience with trainees.
Time management and organizational skills.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any field preferably Business
0–2 years of experience in CRM training / CRM support / process training.
Experience with CRM platforms is a major advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
