Key Responsibilities: Client Servicing & Relationship Management: Serve as the single point of contact for existing clients—ensuring timely responses to queries and updates Share catalogues, look books, price lists, and collection updates with clients regularly Manage client onboarding by sharing brand and product information, and resolving preliminary queries Coordinate client meetings, product previews, virtual presentations, and showroom visits Track and report client feedback to relevant departments for improvement Sales Coordination & Order Tracking: Follow up on client inquiries, quotations, sample developments, and order confirmations Coordinate with the design, CAD, QC, and production teams to ensure sample and order timelines are met Keep clients updated on production progress, shipment schedules, and delays (if any) Assist in generating and sharing invoices, proformas, and dispatch documentation Ensure accurate record-keeping of all client orders, requirements, and preferences CRM System Management & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date client databases and sales pipelines using CRM tools or spreadsheets Track leads, samples, order statuses, and follow-ups methodically Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for internal review and planning Share performance metrics, client behaviour trends, and feedback analysis with the BD or leadership team Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or Fashion Merchandising 1–3 years of experience in CRM, Client Servicing, or Sales Coordination (preferably in jewellery, fashion, or luxury goods) Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
Key Responsibilities: Design innovative and marketable silver jewelry pieces with gemstones. Create detailed design concepts using CorelDRAW (mandatory). Use Canva for visual presentations, mood boards, and promotional materials (knowledge of Canva is a plus). Work closely with the production team to ensure designs are feasible and meet quality standards. Stay updated on market trends and incorporate them into design ideas. Requirements: 2–3 years of experience in jewelry designing (silver & gemstone focus). Strong proficiency in CorelDRAW ; Canva knowledge preferred. Good understanding of jewelry trends, gemstone combinations, and production processes. Creativity, attention to detail, and a strong design portfolio.
