Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented CRM Executive to join our team in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in data analytics, customer relationship management, and excellent command over MS Word & Excel. Local candidates with fluency in Kannada will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update customer databases and CRM software.
• Handle client communication, inquiries, and maintain relationships.
• Prepare and analyze data reports using Excel for management review.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations team for smooth client servicing.
• Ensure timely follow-up with clients regarding payments, documentation, and project updates.
• Maintain professional documentation and reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in CRM / Data Management, preferably in Real Estate.
• Strong proficiency in MS Word & Excel.
• Good knowledge of data analytics and reporting.
• Must be a local candidate with fluency in Kannada.
• Female candidates only.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
