Job Title: CRM Executive – Home Automation

Experience
2–3 years in CRM/telecalling/customer coordination, preferably in home automation or related tech (e.g., Alexa, digital locks).

Salary
₹25,000 – ₹30,000/month (based on experience and interview performance)

Key Responsibilities

• Telecalling & Lead Conversion:
• Conduct outbound calls to prospects and manage inbound leads.
• Convert queries into qualified opportunities. (scribd.com, expertia.ai, in.indeed.com, in.indeed.com)
• Customer Coordination & Relationship Management:
• Engage with customers to understand and track requirements.
• Provide timely support throughout the product lifecycle. (scribd.com)
• Product Expertise:
• Knowledgeable on home automation products (Alexa skills, digital lock systems, etc.).
• Clearly explain product features and benefits to customers.
• CRM Handling & Reporting:
• Log all interactions and lead status updates accurately in CRM.
• Generate daily/weekly reports on leads, calls, conversions. (apna.co)
• Coordination with Internal Teams:
• Liaise with sales, technical, and installation teams to ensure seamless service delivery. (scribd.com)

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2–3 years in CRM, telecalling, or customer coordination roles—ideally within tech, security, automation, or real estate sectors.
• Excellent verbal/presentation skills in English (Hindi/Kannada a plus).
• Proficient with CRM tools and MS Office suite.
• Strong interpersonal and multitasking capabilities.
• Resilient under pressure, with a positive, goal-oriented mindset.
