In this role, you will be responsible for driving Insurance Business from your assigned team and Orphan database across campaigns. Your main focus will be on ensuring all the pre and post sales support and services to the clients along with your team. It will be crucial to not only achieve the set targets but also to ensure a consistent growth in the business every quarter. Key Responsibilities: - Implement Loyalty Model by maintaining relationships with Orphan customers, upselling to customers assigned through various campaigns, and ensuring renewal collection and AUM conservation of the assigned base. - Achieve targets related to Premium and NOP to contribute to the overall growth of the company. This includes allocating leads to team members, monitoring performance on assigned topline and health parameters, guiding them on the sales process, and actively participating in RnR activities. - Execute smooth functioning of sales and other processes to maximize business potential. This involves communicating process changes, ensuring actual sales and service aspects are carried out without any blocks, and handling complaint effectively. - Ensure relevant people are in the right place at the right time to maximize productivity. Understand the strengths of the resources, allocate job responsibilities accordingly, and evaluate the opportunity of each business unit to allocate targets effectively. - Execute the right method of business acquisition to get a profitable mix for the organization. Scrutinize the business regularly, achieve Persistency targets, and take corrective actions related to persistency and health. - Recruitment & Training: Ensure recruitment of the team on a timely basis, manage attrition within specified limits, and continuously enhance the skills of team members through on-the-job training.
