Job Description

As a member of the team responsible for driving Insurance Business, your role involves ensuring pre and post sales support to clients and maintaining consistent growth in the business. You will be tasked with driving adoption of a Service to sales approach for Orphan customers, implementing a differentiated and segmented approach to various campaigns, and managing attrition of the sales force. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain relationships with Orphan customers and up-sell to customers through various campaigns - Ensure Renewal collection and AUM conservation of the assigned base - Achieve targets related to Premium and NOP by allocating leads, monitoring performance, and guiding the team on sales processes - Execute smooth functioning of sales processes by communicating process changes and ensuring sales calls, issuance, and complaint handling are carried out effectively - Ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time to maximize productivity by understanding resource strengths and allocating job responsibilities accordingly - Execute the right method of business acquisition by scrutinizing business regularly, achieving Persistency targets, and taking corrective actions related to persistency and health Qualifications Required: - Strong communication skills to effectively convey process changes and rules to the team - Ability to evaluate opportunities and allocate targets based on the strengths of the business unit - Recruitment and training experience to ensure timely recruitment, manage attrition, and enhance the skills of team members through continuous on-the-job training If there are any additional details about the company in the job description, please provide them for further insight into the organization.,
