Job Description

Role Overview: As a member of the team, your primary responsibility will be to drive Insurance Business from the assigned team and Orphan database across campaigns. It is crucial to ensure all the pre and post sales support and services are provided to the clients along with the team. Your role will also involve maintaining consistent growth in the business every quarter. Key Responsibilities: - Implementation of Loyalty Model - Ensure maintenance of relationships with Orphan customers. - Up-Sell to customers assigned through various campaigns. - Ensure Renewal collection and AUM conservation of the assigned base. - Achieve Targets related to Premium and NOP to contribute to the overall growth of the company - Allocate leads to the team members as per targets decided. - Periodically monitor and review performance on the assigned topline and health parameters. - Handhold and guide the team on the sales process, lead conversion, and closure of the sale. - Actively participate in all RnR activities running by the organization. - Execute smooth function of the sales and other processes to maximize business potential - Communicate any process change or changes in rules and regulations through different training modules. - Ensure that actual sales and service aspects including sales calls, issuance, and complaint handling are carried out without any blocks. - Ensure relevant people are in the right place at the right time to maximize productivity - Understand the strength of the resource and allocate job responsibilities accordingly. - Evaluate the opportunity of each business unit and allocate targets accordingly. - Execute the right method of business acquisition to get the profitable mix for the organization - Scrutinize the business regularly and provide relevant information to superiors. - Achieve Persistency targets as per the company norms to ensure renewals take place on time. - Take corrective actions related to persistency and health. - Recruitment & Training - Ensure recruitment of the team in a timely manner. - Manage attrition within the specified limits. - Continuously provide on-the-job training for skill enhancement of team members. Qualification Required: - Minimum of 1-5 years of experience. - Graduate degree.,
