The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years managing a team. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the BFSI sector. Purpose of the Role: To drive sales targets by fostering strong relationships with channel partners and internal teams within the allocated branches or geography. Key Responsibilities: Engage and nurture relationships with channel partners to achieve business targets. Design and implement sales strategies to maximize mindshare and improve market penetration. Monitor and review team performance against targets; provide guidance and support for success and career growth. Drive consistent and effective sales behavior using digital sales management tools and processes. Ensure business quality and persistency through disciplined execution.
