CRM Consultant

As a CRM Consultant at Capgemini Invent, you will be a part of the Frog Customer First capability unit, partnering with customer-centric enterprises to drive sustainable growth by creating and orchestrating experiences at scale. With a focus on Innovation, Strategy & Design, Brand & Content, Customer Transformation, and Data & Analytics, you will work with clients to transform digital capabilities for organizations, elevate Sales and Services offerings, and meet evolving customer needs through tailored solutions that increase Customer Satisfaction using the right mix of strategy, design, data, and technology for sustainable growth and profitability. Your responsibilities will include contributing to CRM transformation team engagements, conducting thorough assessments of clients" existing systems and processes, developing and visualizing scenarios for client problems, staying updated with industry trends related to CRM and customer engagement, and driving CRM Consulting & Advisory leadership in practice development. You will be expected to have in-depth knowledge of CRM concepts, experience with leading CRM solutions such as Salesforce, MS Dynamics, or Oracle, and a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform. To excel in this role, you should possess strong communication and project management skills, the ability to customize and configure the Salesforce platform, decompose high-level requirements into functional requirements and user stories, collaborate with business stakeholders for requirement validation, and have an awareness of Agile methodologies. Your expertise in CRM, industry knowledge in sectors like Banking, Finance, Energy, Retail, and your ability to combine technological understanding with strategic analysis will be key to success in this position.,
