Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Crewing Executive located in Thane. The Crewing Executive will be responsible for coordinating and managing the recruitment and deployment of seafarers for the company’s fleet. Daily tasks include sourcing qualified candidates, handling documentation, facilitating training and certifications, and ensuring compliance with maritime regulations. The role also involves maintaining crew records, scheduling rotations, and addressing any crew-related issues or grievances.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in crew management, recruitment, and maritime regulations
• Strong organizational and documentation management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multitasking effectively
• Proficiency in MS Office and crew management software
• Prior experience in the shipping/maritime industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies, Business Administration, or a related field
