We are Hiring for Leading Finance Company

Profile - Credit Manager

Products - Secured Loans (HL, LAP)

CTC - 30% Hike

Age - Upto 36 Years

Location - Ambikapur, Jagdalpur

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage credit operations, including loan processing, underwriting, and disbursement.
Conduct thorough analysis of financial statements to assess creditworthiness of borrowers.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to secured loans (home loans, mortgages) against property.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve overall efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-7 years of experience in credit management or a related field.
MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution.
Strong understanding of credit underwriting principles, practices, and regulations.
Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
