Job Description

Responsibilities:

Evaluate and underwrite LAP proposals for MSME segment
Conduct detailed credit analysis, financial statement review, and risk assessment
Ensure adherence to credit policy and compliance guidelines
Collaborate with sales and operations teams for smooth loan processing

Maintain high-quality portfolio with strong focus on credit hygiene

Desired Candidate Profile:

Experience: Minimum 5+ years in LAP underwriting (MSME segment)
Location: Pune (candidates from Pune preferred)
Immediate joiners will be given priority
