Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Credit Manager to join our team in Mumbai-Lower Parel. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in credit monitoring, analysis, and portfolio management.
Roles and Responsibility

Monitor the portfolio continuously, adhering strictly to the Credit Monitoring Policy.

Conduct regular Credit Monitoring Committee Meetings to identify potential risks and opportunities.

Report actionable insights to relevant authorities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Continuously monitor events related to borrower accounts to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Perform annual reviews of accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Appoint and maintain vendors such as lenders, independent engineers, legal counsel, and insurance consultants.

Identify stress accounts and recommend actions, while also handling account restructuring.

Engage in portfolio modeling and analysis, covenant monitoring, and coordinate with Fincon/accounts and budgeting teams; prepare MIS and other reports.

Job

A Diploma or Degree in a relevant field is required, along with an MBA degree.

Possess strong knowledge of credit monitoring, analysis, and portfolio management principles.

Demonstrate excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify areas of improvement.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines is essential.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are necessary to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
