Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Credit Manager to join our team in Mumbai-Lower Parel. The ideal candidate will have 6-9 years of experience in credit monitoring, analysis, and reporting.

Roles and Responsibility

Monitor the portfolio continuously, adhering strictly to the Credit Monitoring Policy.

Conduct regular Credit Monitoring Committee Meetings to identify potential risks and opportunities.

Report actionable items to relevant authorities and stakeholders.

Continuously monitor events related to borrower accounts to ensure timely resolution.

Perform annual reviews of accounts to assess creditworthiness and growth.

Identify stress accounts and recommend actions to mitigate potential losses.

Handle account restructuring and perform portfolio modeling and analysis.

Monitor covenants and coordinate with Fincon/accounts and budgeting teams; prepare MIS and other reports.

Job

A Diploma or Degree in a relevant field is required, such as MBA/PGDM.

Possess strong knowledge of credit monitoring, analysis, and reporting.

Demonstrate excellent communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience in handling MIS and other reporting requirements is necessary.
