Job Description

Experience:


  1. 3 to 5 years of experience in Payments with exposure to testing related products & services
  2. Having good knowledge of Payment Gateway & Digital payments systems – BBPS , UPI, Payment Gateway , POS, Merchant settlement, Payment Systems- file processing
  3. Managing software development teams and software development lifecycles (SDLC)
  4. Experience of published testing dashboard (%completion, defect severity, regression testing, etc)
  5. Support knowledge for PLSQL, Jira, Agile.


Responsibilities:

  1. Formally track testing- publish dashboards
  2. Comply with JIRA, e.g record and update JIRA in terms test cases, results, defect screenshots, etc


Skills Required:

  1. Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of technical education and work experience.
  2. Good written (formal) and verbal communication skills
  3. Understanding of payment systems and processes
  4. Ability to learn quickly and independently, and to share knowledge with team mates.



Experience:

1

  • Minimum 3–5+ years hands‑on experience managing loyalty programs.
  • Demonstrated ownership of the end‑to‑end lifecycle: accrual, redemption, expiry/forfeiture, earn/burn controls, partner onboarding

Product & process knowledge

  • Comfort with product development lifecycle: BRD/FSD creation, UAT planning/execution, release readiness, risk & control checkpoints, and post‑production monitoring.
  • Clarity on operational workflows: campaign execution, reconciliation, exception handling, and customer communication journeys.

Systems & tooling exposure

  • Working knowledge of Loyalty Management Systems (LMS) / admin portals, rule configuration, promo code management, campaign/offer engines, and MIS/reporting.
  • Familiarity with integrations (files/APIs), data validations, and audit/compliance guardrails.

Communication & stakeholder management

  • Ability to explain own processes confidently, articulate trade‑offs, and collaborate with business, IT, QA, and vendors.



Experience:

Technical Skills

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in the financial services or credit card domain.
  • Proficiency in credit card processes and functionalities.
  • Functional knowledge of Prime/Online systems..
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including business and technology teams..
  • Ability to translate business use cases into clear technical requirements.
