Job Description

1. Product Growth Ownership

  • Own overall growth of assigned credit card products
  • Drive sourcing, activation and usage growth across channels
  • Define monthly and quarterly growth targets

2. Product Strategy and Positioning

  • Design product-wise growth strategies based on customer segments
  • Identify right customer profiles for each card variant
  • Improve product-market fit across geographies

3. Channel Enablement (DSA, Field & Digital)

  • Enable DSA and sales teams with product pitch, USPs and eligibility
  • Create product-wise sales playbooks and pitch decks
  • Support channels in improving conversion and approvals

4. Bank and Issuer Coordination

  • Work closely with issuing banks on product performance
  • Align sourcing strategy with bank risk, eligibility and policy updates
  • Coordinate special campaigns, offers and payout slabs

5. Activation and Portfolio Quality

  • Drive activation and first-transaction conversion
  • Monitor decline, attrition and inactive card trends
  • Improve portfolio quality and customer lifetime value

6. Analytics, MIS and Insights

  • Track product-wise sourcing, approvals and activations
  • Analyze rejection reasons and drop-offs
  • Share data-driven insights with sales and leadership teams

7. Campaigns and Growth Experiments

  • Launch targeted campaigns, contests and promotions
  • Test new sourcing approaches and segments
  • Scale successful growth initiatives

8. Training and Knowledge Management

  • Conduct product training sessions for DSA and internal teams
  • Ensure teams are updated on product changes and features
  • Improve product selling capability across the network

9. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate with sales, operations, risk and marketing teams
  • Ensure smooth product rollout and issue resolution
  • Align growth plans with operational capacity

10. Compliance and Ethical Selling

  • Ensure product positioning follows RBI and bank guidelines
  • Avoid mis-selling and incorrect product mapping
  • Maintain transparent communication with partners and customers

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
