Key Responsibilities:-

• Develop and execute UGC-based ad strategies for multiple brands.
• Identify trends, hooks, best-performing formats, and competitor ad insights.
• Source, coordinate, and manage UGC creators and influencers.
• Share briefs, guidelines, and feedback with creators to ensure quality output.
• Create on-camera UGC videos such as product demos, reviews, tutorials, and relatable scripts.
• Coordinate with the creative team for scripting, ideation, and editing.
• Set up, run, and optimize UGC ad campaigns across Meta, Instagram, and relevant platforms.
• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, captions, hooks, and formats.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using metrics like CTR, CPM, CPC, ROAS, and conversions.
• Maintain a creator database and ensure timely content delivery.
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and share actionable insights.
• Recommend new content ideas, creative patterns, and strategy improvements.
• Ensure all UGC content follows brand guidelines and platform policies.
• Collaborate with design, copywriting, video editing, and media buying teams for smooth execution.

Requirements:-

• Bachelor’s degree
• Up to 6 months - 1 years of experience.
• knowledge of Instagram, YouTube & trends.
• Good communication & negotiation skills.
• Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
