Job Description

As a Talent Manager at TheBoredMonkey, your role will involve onboarding, managing, and retaining quality talents, including social media influencers and creators. You will be responsible for building solid relationships, assisting talent in content creation, and fostering growth. The major focus of TheBoredMonkey is on the South market, following a creator-led approach and collaborating with creators who deliver unique, impactful, and creative content to make a difference. Key Responsibilities: - Proactively identify emerging talent, onboard creators, and ensure a smooth onboarding process within TheBoredMonkey ecosystem. - Establish long-term relationships with creators, act as their primary point of contact, and support mutual growth and retention. - Develop tailored growth strategies to help creators scale their content, audience reach, and engagement in alignment with their goals. - Identify relevant brand opportunities, pitch ideas effectively, and secure collaborations that deliver value to both creators and brands. - Build personal rapport with creators to understand their personality and working culture. - Manage negotiation aspects, from pricing to contracts, to ensure successful campaign execution. - Implement retention strategies, offer growth opportunities, and ensure consistent value addition to keep creators engaged. - Define standard procedures, establish clear workflows, and oversee team performance for efficient Talent Management operations. - Mentor and train junior professionals, set objectives, and provide guidance to ensure team success. - Prepare performance reports, analyze key data, and offer actionable insights to support decision-making and improvements. Qualification Required: - Minimum 1.5 years of experience in talent/influencers management. - Strong communication skills for effective talent/influencer handling. - Managerial skills in representing and managing influencers and their digital work. - Ability to generate and present well-considered ideas and solutions. - Excellent time management and planning skills, adhering to strict schedules and deadlines. - Strong network and understanding of creator growth and personal branding.,
