This is a foundational role in shaping how the brand is perceived, engaged with, and remembered. Key Responsibilities: Conceptualise and design all visual content and assets for Supersquad’s social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, newsletters, etc.) Produce engaging video content using AI tools, stock footage, and event-based material Develop and maintain a consistent and cohesive visual identity across all digital and offline touchpoints Create and formalise the brandbook —defining the design language, aesthetic, and creative principles of Supersquad Collaborate cross-functionally to bring campaigns, events, and new launches to life visually Proficiency in: Adobe After Effects Premiere Pro Photoshop Lightroom You should be comfortable working across photo, video, and motion content formats, and confident in delivering end-to-end creative output.
