Creative Technologist -Consultant

The Opportunity

With the growing need for connected, automated workflows across enterprise systems, this role focuses on migrating complex solutions from Airtable and Microsoft Power Platform into Workfront Planning—while building reliable integrations with upstream and downstream business tools.

You will design scalable, configurable, and reusable architectures that support seamless data flow, governance, and automation. This position requires creativity, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for leveraging low-code/no-code platforms, APIs, and modern frameworks to deliver high-impact solutions. Success in this role means reducing manual work, driving efficiency, and building enterprise-grade systems that scale.

What You’ll Do

• Support the migration of workflows, data models, and automations from Airtable and Microsoft Power Platform into Workfront Planning.
• Design and implement integrations between Airtable / Power Platform / Workfront and upstream/downstream systems (CRM, project management, analytics, reporting tools).
• Build and maintain APIs and connectors to ensure seamless, secure data exchange across platforms.
• Develop and optimize CRUD operations for robust data synchronization, validation, and governance.
• Create low-code/no-code automation solutions to streamline processes and reduce manual effort.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, map dependencies, and ensure smooth system transitions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration challenges using scalable, innovative approaches.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, automation trends, and best practices in enterprise workflow orchestration.

What You’ll Need

• Experience in enterprise architecture, workflow automation, or system integration.
• Hands-on experience with Airtable, Microsoft Power Platform, and Workfront Planning, including migration strategy and execution.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, API design principles, and data modeling.
• Proficiency in low-code/no-code platforms such as Power Automate, Workfront Fusion, Zapier, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with CRUD operations and database management fundamentals.
• Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and Python for building custom extensions or automation logic.
• Experience with Git/GitHub or similar version control tools.
• Comfort working with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure) and serverless architectures.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, creativity, and a passion for building scalable automation and integration solutions.
