Position Overview
We are looking for a visionary Creative Strategy Manager to lead the creative direction, campaign strategy, and visual storytelling for our diverse portfolio of client brands. This role demands a blend of art direction, content strategy, and social media expertise, ensuring every campaign we deliver is not only creative but also strategically impactful.
The Creative Strategy Manager will play a key leadership role in the agency, collaborating closely with designers, social media managers, photographers, and clients to shape ideas into powerful brand experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the conceptualization and execution of creative strategies for client campaigns (photoshoots, videos, social media content, brand creatives).
Provide art direction for shoots, from pre-production mood boards to final execution.
Oversee social media grid planning to ensure a cohesive, premium brand identity for each client.
Develop innovative campaign concepts, aligning creativity with client business goals.
Analyze market and digital trends to implement forward-thinking creative solutions.
Present creative pitches and strategies to clients with clarity and confidence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, video, content, performance marketing) to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and with excellence.
Mentor and guide junior designers/creatives in maintaining agency quality standards.
Ensure brand storytelling consistency across platforms — digital, print, and experiential.
Balance creative innovation with data-driven insights for maximum client impact.
Skills & Qualifications
4–6 years of experience in creative strategy, branding, or art direction (agency experience preferred).
Strong portfolio of campaigns, shoots, and social media work.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and related tools.
Solid understanding of social media trends, digital storytelling, and audience engagement.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for client-facing discussions.
Strong leadership and project management abilities.
