Role Overview

Motion Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop animated creatives for social media, ad campaigns, and digital platforms
• Create engaging motion graphics for product launches, reels, and promos
• Edit and enhance video content using visual effects, animations, and transitions
• Collaborate with the art director, graphic designers, and marketing team to maintain visual consistency
• Interpret scripts, voiceovers, or storyboards into compelling animations
• Adapt and repurpose content for multiple formats (reels, stories, banners, etc.)
• Maintain an organized project structure and meet deadlines efficiently

Required Skills

• Strong command over 

  After Effects

  , 

  Illustrator

  , 

  Premiere Pro

  , and 

  Photoshop

• Knowledge of 

  2D animation

  , 

  typography

  , and 

  transition effects

• Bonus: Familiarity with 

  Blender

  , 

  Cinema 4D

  , or any 3D animation software
• Ability to handle feedback and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Strong storytelling instincts and visual aesthetics

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Design, Multimedia, or a relevant field (preferred)
• 1–2 years of relevant industry experience
• Freshers with strong portfolios may also apply
