Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate Leads & Sales:

    Identify and acquire new clients through networking, cold calling, meetings, and presentations.
  • Agency Knowledge:

    Demonstrate a deep understanding of how social media agencies operate, including marketing strategies, production processes, and creative concepts.
  • Client Relationship Management:

    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and ensuring consistent engagement.
  • Conceptualization & Ideation:

    Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative marketing concepts, strategies, and campaigns tailored to client needs.
  • Sales Strategy Development:

    Develop effective sales strategies, proposals, and presentations to attract and retain clients.
  • Collaboration & Coordination:

    Work closely with the production and creative teams to ensure alignment of client expectations with deliverables.
  • Reporting & Analysis:

    Provide regular reports on progress, challenges, and opportunities to the management.
  • Market Research:

    Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client preferences to identify growth opportunities.


Requirements:

  • Experience:

    1-3 years of experience in a social media agency or related field.
  • Knowledge:

    Must have a thorough understanding of marketing, production, shoots, concepts, and agency operations.
  • Sales Skills:

    Proven track record of generating leads, closing sales, and achieving targets.
  • Creativity:

    Ability to generate innovative ideas during client meetings and translate them into actionable marketing campaigns.
  • Communication Skills:

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills:

    Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
  • Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented:

    Driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
