Key Responsibilities:


  • Creative Strategy Development:

    Research, analyze, and understand client objectives, target audiences, and industry trends to develop effective creative strategies that align with clients' marketing goals.
  • Campaign Conceptualization:

    Brainstorm, ideate, and contribute to the development of innovative and engaging campaign/ video concepts that deliver a strong brand message across various marketing channels.
  • Copywriting Excellence:

    Craft compelling and persuasive copy for a wide range of marketing materials, including but not limited to, website content, social media posts, email campaigns, ad copies, blog posts, and promotional materials.
  • Collaborative Ideation:

    Work closely with the design and content teams to integrate copy with visual elements, ensuring a cohesive and impactful campaign delivery.
  • Client Collaboration:

    Participate in client meetings, present campaign strategies and ideas, and proactively address client feedback to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Data-Driven Insights:

    Utilize market research, data analytics, and performance metrics to measure campaign success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay Updated:

    Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the agency's creative capabilities.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Proven experience

    (5-6 years)

    as a Creative Strategist or similar role within a marketing agency or related industry.
  • Experience in working on and winning digital and social media pitches.
  • Exceptional copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail and proficiency in crafting engaging, concise, and persuasive copy.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and consumer behavior.
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically, translating ideas into effective marketing campaigns and video assets.
  • Experience with diverse marketing channels such as digital, social media, and print.
  • Proficiency in using data and analytics to drive decision-making and campaign optimization.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas and strategies to both internal teams and clients.
  • Highly collaborative and able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with production principles and softwares is a plus.
