Role Overview

Creative Strategist

You will work closely with our creative, marketing, and partnerships teams to shape campaign narratives, drive brand value, and elevate our positioning across digital and on-ground formats.

What You’ll Do

• Build compelling brand and campaign strategies that align with client/business goals
• Lead the development of creative briefs, pitch decks, and brand storytelling frameworks
• Identify cultural, digital, and consumer trends and turn them into actionable creative opportunities
• Collaborate with design, content, and production teams to ensure creative output is aligned with strategy
• Own the narrative in brand campaigns, social media planning, and event IP ideation
• Participate in brainstorming, brand pitches, and content direction sessions
• Present strategic concepts and campaign ideas to both internal stakeholders and clients

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in brand strategy, creative planning, or content strategy (agency or brand side)
• A passion for F&B, nightlife, youth culture, and digital content
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills — you can sell an idea, not just write one
• Comfortable with research, insights, and mapping consumer behavior
• Sharp creative instinct with a data-backed and culturally relevant approach
• Team player with a hands-on, start-up mindset

Bonus If You Have:

• Experience in lifestyle, events, alcohol/beverage, or youth-led brands
• Exposure to influencer/content marketing or experiential campaigns
• An eye for design and visual storytelling
