Are you the kind of person who thinks in scroll-stopping hooks, lives for a great insight, and enjoys writing ad copy that performs?

We’re looking for a Creative Strategist to join our 360° marketing agency and help shape powerful campaigns for D2C, real estate, wellness, and tech brands.

This isn’t just a strategy role- you’ll be:

✅ Writing headlines, hooks, ad scripts, and more

✅ Planning content that fits the platform and the funnel- from viral Reels and thumb-stopping ad hooks to scripts, carousels, landing pages, and more

✅ Managing creators + shoot locations for content

✅ Working closely with designers, editors & media buyers

✅ Owning full-funnel messaging from TOFU to BOFU

✅ Auditing ad performance and recommending creative iterations

What we need from you:

🔹 2-6 years in creative strategy or copywriting

🔹 A portfolio that shows strong writing and campaign thinking

🔹 Ability to write, plan, and optimize content with performance in mind

🔹 Obsessed with trends, audience behavior & creative formats

🔹 Bonus: Experience managing creators or influencer shoots
