About the Role: We are looking for a highly motivated and confident Inside Sales Executive (Fresher) to join our Business Development team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, communication, and learning how to build lasting client relationships in a digital-first world. Key Responsibilities: Reach out to potential clients via emails, and LinkedIn. Assist in generating leads and nurturing them through the sales funnel. Understand client needs and pitch relevant services and solutions. Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM. Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for follow-ups and proposals. Support senior team members in closing deals and client onboarding. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Marketing/Business preferred). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Energetic, proactive, and confident with a positive attitude. Basic knowledge of sales process or CRM tools is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
