Creative Social Media Executive

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Creative Social Media Executive to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about digital marketing, content creation, and building an online presence for a brand. As a Social Media Intern, you will help grow our social media accounts, engage with our community, and contribute to the development of impactful campaigns.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing content across social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
• Monitor and engage with the audience through comments, DMs, and community posts
• Help plan and execute social media campaigns aligned with marketing goals
• Track performance metrics (likes, shares, reach, engagement, etc.) and prepare basic reports
• Research trends, hashtags, and competitors to keep content fresh and relevant
• Assist in creating basic graphics and visuals using tools like Canva or similar
• Collaborate with the design and content team to align messaging across platforms
• Suggest creative ways to boost brand awareness and online presence

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and how they work
• Basic knowledge of content creation (captions, reels, stories, etc.)
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar (a plus)
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Creativity, attention to detail, and willingness to experiment with new ideas
• Understanding of social media trends, hashtags, and audience behavior
• Bonus: Basic knowledge of social media analytics and insights
