Job Title: Creative Project Manager

Location: Pune (On-site)

About the Role

We’re looking for a Creative Project Manager who can bring structure, clarity, and flow to our in-house creative team at Palmonas. This role is ideal for someone who’s from a management or operations background but has a strong understanding and appreciation for creative processes - design, photography, video, and brand communication.

You’ll work closely with our Creative Lead, designers, photo-video team, catalog, retail, and marketing team to ensure creative projects move smoothly from concept to completion - on time, within scope, and aligned with PALMONAS’ aesthetic standards.



Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Coordination: Translate creative briefs into clear project timelines, deliverables, and responsibilities.
  • Workflow & Resource Management: Plan, prioritize, and track all creative tasks - ensuring smooth coordination between designers, editors, stylists, and photographers.
  • Process Ownership: Establish repeatable processes for approvals, feedback, and handovers (from concept to final asset delivery).
  • Budget & Vendor Coordination: Manage shoot budgets, vendor negotiations, and freelance collaborations efficiently.
  • Team Operations: Support creative team productivity - handle logistics, schedules, shoot planning, and coordination with marketing or e-commerce teams.
  • Creative Quality Alignment: Ensure output aligns with brand guidelines and creative intent without stifling innovation.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain project trackers, dashboards, and performance reports for leadership visibility.



Who You Are

  • A degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or Communication Management (MBA or PGDM preferred) or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in project management, creative operations, or production management - ideally in a brand, agency, or content studio.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Working understanding of creative tools and workflows (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Premiere, or project management tools like Asana, Notion, or Trello).
  • Appreciation for design, fashion, and content - you get how creative people work.
  • Calm under pressure and solutions-oriented; can balance creative flexibility with operational structure.
