What You’ll Do

Social Media & Website Creatives

  • Partner with the creative director to align on seasonal look & feel.
  • Manage end-to-end photoshoots (vendors, styling, HMU, production logistics) in order to deliver static images and videos for campaigns, social media, and product pages.
  • Coordinate with web designers and developers to ensure visuals meet both creative and functional needs.
  • Maintain periodic website updates to ensure alignment with branding and product vision, executing all non-coding website changes (banners, tiles, landing pages.)
  • Create marketing and communication content to be used across the brand website and social media.
  • Regularly monitor and update social media platforms to ensure consistent, on-brand communication.

Marketing Strategy

  • Liaise daily with the marketing performance agency to monitor campaign achievement, audit execution, and optimize plans as needed across

    Meta, Google, and Myntra

    .
  • Plan and execute seasonal events and promotions (e.g., basket size growth, cart value uplift, festive campaigns) in line with sales targets.
  • Regularly analyze website performance and track competitor benchmarks to identify opportunities.


Who You Are

  • 4-5 years of experience in

    fashion/lifestyle creative execution and digital/social media marketing

    .
  • Educational background in Fashion Management, Digital Marketing or a related field, with a strong grasp of creative and branding skills.
  • Familiarity with

    Shopify (or similar e-commerce/content management platforms)

    and ability to manage on-site updates and merchandising tools.
  • Strong in photoshoot coordination, styling oversight, and content creation.
  • Comfortable working across creative, digital, and operational functions.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and translate into actionable strategies.
  • Highly organised, deadline-focused, and able to deliver high-quality output within budgets.
