Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and lead the creative vision and direction for Palmonas across digital, print, packaging, visual merchandising, and campaign shoots.
• Conceptualize and execute brand campaigns, product launches, seasonal promotions, and digital storytelling.
• Oversee and guide the content, graphic design, video, and styling teams to maintain high creative standards and brand consistency.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and e-commerce teams to ensure cohesive storytelling across customer journeys.
• Supervise all photoshoots, video shoots, campaign lookbooks, and influencer content with a strong visual narrative.
• Innovate new formats of content – reels, stories, mailers, and product-led storytelling tailored to Instagram, YouTube, and website.
• Maintain an updated visual brand identity guide and ensure its execution across all channels.
• Analyze creative performance and lead iterative improvements based on data and feedback.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Advertising, Communication, or related fields.
• 6–8 years of proven experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or D2C brands.
• Strong aesthetic sensibility and deep understanding of design, content, and storytelling.
• Hands-on experience leading creative direction for campaigns, brand identity, and production.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and content visualization tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Preferred:

• Experience working with a premium or luxury fashion/lifestyle brand.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing campaigns, social content, and visual branding work.
