Job Description

As a Creative Lead for Corporate Interiors with a background in Graphic Design, your role will involve driving the visual and conceptual development of corporate interior design projects. You will be responsible for integrating brand storytelling, visual communication, and spatial design to create inspiring workplace environments. Your strategic thinking and hands-on creativity will be crucial in incorporating brand identity into the built environment. Key Responsibilities: - Lead creative visioning for corporate interior projects by integrating brand, storytelling, environmental graphics, and space planning concepts. - Translate client brand values and business goals into cohesive design strategies and visual narratives within physical spaces. - Collaborate with interior designers, architects, environmental graphic designers, and marketing teams to develop holistic design solutions. - Develop conceptual presentations, mood boards, visual studies, and branding applications for interiors. - Ensure the consistent application of brand standards across all touchpoints within a project. - Support client engagement through creative presentations and design storytelling. - Mentor junior designers and guide the creative process across multiple projects simultaneously. - Stay informed on trends in workplace design, environmental graphics, digital integrations, and material innovations. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Environmental Design, or related field. - 6+ years of experience in a design leadership role, ideally within corporate interiors or experiential environments. - Strong portfolio demonstrating experience with branded environments, environmental graphics, and workplace design projects. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), SketchUp, and familiarity with AutoCAD or Revit is a plus. - Understanding of experiential design, signage and wayfinding systems, and brand strategy. - Ability to communicate ideas clearly through sketches, diagrams, mood boards, and digital presentations. - Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
