Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Creative Head at Fourart.in. The Creative Head will be responsible for overseeing creative direction, branding, creative strategy, graphic design, and team management on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the entire creative team (designers, content creators, video editors, etc.).
• Conceptualize and execute innovative design strategies for brand campaigns, digital platforms, and marketing materials.
• Provide creative direction and ensure design consistency across all channels.
• Collaborate with the marketing, development, and product teams for cross-functional projects.
• Review and provide constructive feedback on designs, layouts, and creatives.
• Manage multiple projects, timelines, and team productivity efficiently.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Oversee the visual branding and identity of the company and client projects.
• Present creative ideas and pitches to stakeholders or clients when necessary.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to brand guidelines in all outputs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in graphic design and creative direction roles.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, marketing, and digital work.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, etc.)
• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles and video/motion graphics is a plus.
