With ALZU’s strategic support, DTalks has a strong foundation to scale into a cultural and impact-driven platform. As Creative Head / Co-Founder, you will play a pivotal role in shaping this journey — combining creativity, influence, and leadership to take DTalks to the next level.

• Take ownership of the creative vision, strategy, and direction of DTalks.
• Lead content ideation, production, and storytelling across long-form (podcasts) and short-form (social reels, clips).
• Manage and scale DTalks’ digital presence (YouTube, Instagram, podcasts, and emerging platforms).
• Build and manage a creator and influencer network — sourcing guests, collaborators, and amplifiers for the platform.
• Drive audience growth by studying analytics, understanding user behavior, and adapting formats for engagement and retention.
• Oversee brand partnerships, sponsorships, and integrations in collaboration with ALZU’s growth team.
• Represent DTalks in industry forums, events, and brand collaborations as a creative leader.
• Contribute to business building, ensuring storytelling aligns with monetization opportunities (ads, sponsorships, CSR tie-ins, live events, merch).

• 3–5 years of experience in creative/content leadership, podcasting, media, influencer marketing, or storytelling (creators with strong personal content presence are welcome).
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end creative projects, from concept to execution.
• Deep understanding of digital platforms, creator economy, and cultural storytelling.
• Proficiency with AI tools (ChatGPT, MidJourney, etc.) and content editing/design tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite).
• Strong leadership, vision, and entrepreneurial mindset — someone who wants to co-create and co-own.
• Excellent communication and networking skills to engage with influencers, creators, and brand partners.
• Passion for conversations, culture, and cause-driven storytelling.

• 💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (depending on skillset and experience)
• 📊 Equity: Co-founder level equity in DTalks (negotiable, vesting-based)
• 📈 Revenue Share: Percentage of sponsorships, brand deals, and monetization streams from DTalks
• 🏠 Work Mode: Hybrid (remote + in-studio)
• 🚕 Travel: Occasional local travel within Mumbai for shoots, events, and collaborations
