About the Role:

Creative Art Director


Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership & Operations:

o Manage the design, copy, editing, and content teams to ensure seamless workflow and effective daily task delegation.

o Provide clear direction, set expectations, and ensure smooth coordination across all creative functions.

  • Creative Excellence:

o Collaborate with the business development team to conceptualize and present compelling creative pitches that help win new business and achieve revenue targets.

o Independently and collaboratively develop strong, innovative, creative ideas, integrating South regional nuances into concepts and campaigns.

o Conduct quality checks on all creative deliverables to ensure consistency, brand alignment, and excellence before client submission.

o Review all outsourced creative and production work from supply chain partners to maintain quality standards and alignment with brand expectations.

  • Client Partnership:

o Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and delivering creative solutions that exceed expectations.

o Present ideas confidently and ensure clients see value through creativity and strategy combined

  • Project Management:

o Oversee all creative projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within scope, and without compromising on quality.

o Monitor project milestones, anticipate challenges, and proactively address potential delays to keep deliverables on track

  • Process Improvement:

o Continuously identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve team productivity, and implement best practices for efficiency

  • Team Development:

o Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to nurture talent, encourage collaboration, and foster a high-performing team culture


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Creative agency, leadership, creative campaign development, branding & identity.
  • 5+ years

    of professional

    experience

    in creative art direction.
  • Art Directors work in a variety of creative fields, including:

o   Advertising and Marketing

o   Film and Television Production

o   Publishing (magazines, newspapers)

o   Video Games

o   Web and Digital Design

o   Fashion and Product Packaging

  • Artistic Skills:

    Strong design skills and a solid understanding of aesthetics, composition, and imagery.
  • Leadership & Management:

    Ability to lead and inspire a creative team, make decisions, and manage projects effectively.
  • Communication:

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present ideas and collaborate with team members and clients.
  • Computer Proficiency:

    Expertise in design software and tools relevant to their field.
  • Creativity & Vision:

    The ability to brainstorm, innovate, and translate abstract concepts into visually appealing solutions.
  • Problem-Solving:

    Strong problem-solving abilities to resolve conflicts and find creative solutions within project constraints.
