We’re looking for a Creative Art Director who can do more than just design. This role is about imagining, directing and bringing creativity to life at scale. We need someone who can blend art, strategy and innovation to create campaigns that stand out and make an impact.

What will you do?

• Lead a creative team to develop breakthrough ideas that drive client reputations and brand engagement.

• Build strong client relationships and champion innovative programs.
• Generate ideas that resonate with audiences, work across channels, and meet or exceed client goals.
• Translate briefs into clear creative visions for teams to execute across platforms and media.
• Stay current on industry and cultural trends to bring unconventional solutions to the table.
• Serve as a trusted authority for clients, enhancing the agency’s reputation.
• Mentor and develop creative talent, fostering the growth of emerging leaders.
• Collaborate with integrated teams to elevate campaigns from conception through completion.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maximizing team contributions.
• Review and provide feedback on creative briefs, ensuring high-quality output.
• Understand client businesses and goals, proactively proposing creative content and ideas

You will be a good fit if you…

• Have 3–5 years of experience at a reputed digital agency.
• Mastery over Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDRAW, Canva, and knowledge of AI-powered tools.
• Strong understanding of brand storytelling, consumer psychology, and cross-platform design.
• Leadership skills to manage, mentor, and inspire designers
• Proven experience managing tight deadlines without compromising quality
