Additionally, you will experiment with emerging formats, trends, and storytelling techniques to keep Dtroffle ahead of the curve and present creative concepts to clients with confidence and clarity. Qualifications Required: - More than 1 year of experience in a creative/agency setup, leading design teams, and delivering high-visibility campaigns. - Mastery over Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDRAW, Canva, and knowledge of AI-powered tools. - Strong understanding of brand storytelling, consumer psychology, and cross-platform design. - Ability to translate briefs into bold, disruptive concepts. - Proven experience managing tight deadlines without compromising quality. - Leadership skills to manage, mentor, and inspire designers.
