Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Oracle SCM Functional Consultant with 4 to 6 years of experience in Oracle Supply Chain Management applications. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in Order Management and Inventory modules within the Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud Suite. The role involves working on end-to-end implementations and post-go-live support, understanding business processes, and delivering effective solutions that enhance operational efficiency in supply chain functions.

Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion Order Management and Inventory modules.

Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system configurations.

Drive full-cycle project delivery including requirement gathering, system design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless module integrations and business alignment.

Provide support during UAT, cutover planning, and go-live phases.

Deliver end-user training and ongoing support post-implementation.
Key Requirements:

4 to 6 years of experience with Oracle SCM applications, focusing on Order Management and Inventory modules.

Minimum of 2 end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM implementation projects completed successfully.

Experience in at least 1 support project post-implementation.

Should understand SLA, Response and Resolution Time.

Should understand various Priorities and Statuses and their purpose of a Support Ticket.

Solid understanding of supply chain processes related to order fulfilment and inventory control.

Strong functional knowledge with ability to configure, troubleshoot, and enhance system processes.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
