CPU:CSG Hub - Operations Head

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our operations team as the Head of Operations The ideal candidate will have a strong background in branch banking, excellent analytical and MIS skills, and the ability to motivate, teach, and inspire staff

• Prepare and publish analysis reports to plan, evaluate, and strategize business objectives and milestones
• Ensure efficient daily operation of the region, including lending, product sales, and customer service in accordance with the bank's objectives
• Develop and implement plans for regional business growth through the Branch team
• Establish and strengthen relations with key customers to generate sustained business
• Review daily/periodic reports and take proactive action to ensure profitable and ethical business
• Ensure audit-related deliverables, both internal and external, meet prescribed norms
• Create a performance-oriented environment leading to high employee motivation and productivity
• Train and develop staff according to organizational goals
• Liaise with the cluster office and other branch offices to ensure smooth operations and achievement of overall business goals
• Maintain proper upkeep of branch premises and assets, including safety and security

• Graduate or Post Graduate with 3 years of experience in Branch Banking function
• Possess good analytical and MIS skills, along with excellent presentation skills (verbal and written)
• Demonstrate the ability to motivate, teach, and inspire staff, coupled with operational knowledge of MS Office: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Exhibit problem-solving skills with strong analytical and decision-making abilities
• Have the capacity to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge of banking products and services is required, as well as familiarity with regulatory guidelines and norms
• Good communication skills in English and the local language are essential
• Ability to manage complex client situations and risk/uncertainty for self and team within a dynamic priority-setting environment
• Capacity to handle pressure and meet deadlines
