𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞
The Country Head – Nepal will be responsible for driving sales through offline and online channels, ensuring compliance with local regulations, leading all aspects of commercial operations.
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
𝟏.𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭, 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 & 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐛𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧
●Develop and execute the expansion strategy in Nepal.
●Build & lead a high-performing local team.
●Drive revenue growth across offline (retail, beauty stores, pharmacies) and online channels (e-commerce, marketplaces).
●Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of monthly and annual targets.
●Establish and manage relationships with retailers and modern trade partners.
𝟐. 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 & 𝐁𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧
●Work closely with the marketing team to localize campaign, influencer and promotional activities.
●Build brand visibility and consumer engagement through digital,on-ground,PR initiatives.
𝟑.𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 & 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞
●Oversee import,logistics,warehousing &inventory management in coordination with local partner.
●Ensure all products and operations comply with Nepal’s cosmetic,labeling and import regulations.
●Manage budgets,pricing strategy
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
●Basic experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager,or Amazon Advertising Console.
●Familiarity with Amazon Pi or Google Analytics
●Knowledge of UTM tracking,conversion funnel, and remarketing concepts.
● Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
