Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Counter Sales Representative to join our team in Goa Velha, India. The ideal candidate will assist customers in their purchasing decisions, process sales transactions, and contribute to a positive shopping experience.

Salary: 15 - 20k

Fresher welcome

Shift Timings: 12pm to 9.30pm

Responsibilities

Greet customers and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point of sale (POS) system.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales counter and surrounding area.
Provide product information and answer customer queries to ensure a positive shopping experience.
Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and tracking inventory levels.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications

0-2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively.
Basic mathematical skills for handling transactions and cash management.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with point of sale (POS) systems is a plus.
Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service.
