Costing Manager

As a Manager Costing at our company located in Neemrana, Rajasthan, you will play a crucial role in leading the costing function across spinning, weaving, and denim manufacturing operations to ensure accurate product costing, efficient cost allocation, and robust cost control. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the preparation of cost sheets, contribution analysis, and monthly operational profitability reports - Implementing and monitoring standard costing systems and variance analysis - Analyzing conversion costs, utility costs, and overhead absorption to identify cost-saving opportunities - Ensuring accurate costing of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods, including valuation and reconciliations Additionally, you will be responsible for managing cost-related budgeting and forecasting, providing insights on cost-benefit analysis, and supporting management decisions with financial projections and scenario planning. You will also develop strategies to reduce wastage, improve resource utilization, and drive cost efficiencies while working closely with production, procurement, and supply chain teams. Furthermore, you will ensure timely reporting of costing data and accuracy in ERP/SAP-based systems, manage cost audit compliance, and lead a team of costing professionals and junior accountants. To qualify for this role, you should have a Qualified ICWA (Cost Accountant) / CMA certification with at least 10+ years of experience in the manufacturing industry, including a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role in costing. Proficiency in SAP/ERP and advanced MS Excel is required, along with strong analytical ability, leadership skills, and cross-functional collaboration.
