Job Title: Cost Manager Reports to: Head of Operations Location: Attapur, Hyderabad. Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Cost Manager to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and controlling costs, analyzing financial data, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cost accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement cost management systems and processes 2. Analyze and report on costs, identifying areas for reduction and optimization 3. Prepare budgets and forecasts, and monitor actual costs against them 4. Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decisions 5. Collaborate with departments to identify cost-saving opportunities 6. Develop and maintain cost models and dashboards 7. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 2. Proven experience in cost management or cost accounting 3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 5. Proficiency in financial software and systems (e.g., ERP, Excel) Preferred Qualifications: 1. Professional certification (e.g., CMA, ACA) 2.
