Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Trainer located in Gurugram. The Corporate Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of employees. Daily tasks include conducting training sessions, preparing training materials, assessing training needs, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs. The Corporate Trainer will collaborate with various departments to ensure that training initiatives are aligned with company objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing and delivering training programs
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to assess training needs and evaluate training effectiveness
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
• Proficiency in using training software and tools
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or related field
• Relevant certification in training or instructional design is a plus
