Role Description

Industry Focus:

JCB, Tata Hitachi, Caterpillar, SANY, Hyundai CE, Kobelco

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive B2B sales in construction & mining equipment
• Build and manage a strong

  dealer/distributor network

• Develop & implement regional

  sales training programs

• Enable dealer and field teams through

  product and solution-based training

• Drive revenue and market share through targeted strategies
• Handle key institutional clients and deliver tailored solutions
• Collaborate with marketing & product teams to grow brand presence

Required Experience:

• 7+ years in industrial or equipment sales (preferably in excavators, backhoe loaders, etc.)
• Proven track record in

  dealer management, training, and performance coaching

• Strong exposure to

  field sales

  , Training, customer handling, and sales enablement
• Understanding of competitive products and ability to develop go-to-market strategies
• Ability to train dealer sales teams to improve conversion and customer satisfaction

Preferred Skills:

• Field sales training facilitation
• B2B sales and marketing coordination in construction & mining equipment.
• CRM, pipeline tracking, and customer lifecycle strategy
