Job Description

AGM/DGM/GM

A leading liquor retail and wholesale company, with a robust distribution network across UP Locations. The company is committed to regulatory compliance, customer satisfaction, and market expansion through strategic partnerships and innovation.

Role Overview

The Senior Executive will lead the strategic and operational functions of the retail and wholesale liquor business. This includes overseeing multi-location operations, driving revenue growth, ensuring legal compliance, and managing vendor/dealer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership

    : Develop and execute business strategies to expand market share and improve profitability.
  • Sales & Distribution Oversight

    : Manage retail outlets and wholesale channels, ensuring optimal inventory flow and customer satisfaction.
  • Regulatory Compliance

    : Ensure adherence to all local, state, and national liquor laws and licensing requirements.
  • Vendor & Supplier Management

    : Negotiate contracts, maintain strong relationships, and ensure timely procurement.
  • Team Leadership

    : Train, and manage cross-functional teams including sales, operations, and compliance.
  • Financial Management

    : Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for all business units.
  • Marketing & Promotions

    : Collaborate with marketing teams to design campaigns and promotional strategies.
  • Expansion Planning

    : Identify new markets and opportunities for retail and wholesale growth.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in liquor/beverage industry, with at least 4 years in a senior management role.
  • Strong understanding of alcohol regulations and retail operations.
  • Proven track record in sales growth, team leadership, and strategic planning.

Other Details

Position will report to MD at Head office located at Lucknow

Travelling involved - UP Locations– Jaunpur, Azamgarh, Mau, Lucknow, Kanpur, Barabanki, Hardoi, Allahabad etc.
