AGM/DGM/GM - Sales & Operations - Liquor Retail & Wholesale A leading liquor retail and wholesale company, with a robust distribution network across UP Locations. Role Overview The Senior Executive will lead the strategic and operational functions of the retail and wholesale liquor business. This includes overseeing multi-location operations, driving revenue growth, ensuring legal compliance, and managing vendor/dealer relationships. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute business strategies to expand market share and improve profitability. Sales & Distribution Oversight : Manage retail outlets and wholesale channels, ensuring optimal inventory flow and customer satisfaction. Regulatory Compliance : Ensure adherence to all local, state, and national liquor laws and licensing requirements. Vendor & Supplier Management : Negotiate contracts, maintain strong relationships, and ensure timely procurement. Team Leadership : Train, and manage cross-functional teams including sales, operations, and compliance. Financial Management : Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for all business units. Marketing & Promotions : Collaborate with marketing teams to design campaigns and promotional strategies. Expansion Planning : Identify new markets and opportunities for retail and wholesale growth. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 8–10 years of experience in liquor/beverage industry, with at least 4 years in a senior management role. Strong understanding of alcohol regulations and retail operations. Proven track record in sales growth, team leadership, and strategic planning.
