Job Description

Key Responsibilities -

  • Develop and implement corporate sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across assigned regions.
  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate accounts while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Conduct regular client visits, sales calls, and presentations to promote hotel services, packages, and loyalty programs.
  • Collaborate with hotel General Managers, Revenue Managers, and Sales Teams to align sales objectives with property goals.
  • Negotiate corporate rate agreements, contracts, and long-term partnerships.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify business opportunities.
  • Represent the hotel brand at trade shows, networking events, and corporate meetings.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue achievements.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive service and follow-ups


Skills & Experience Required -

  • 4–7 years of sales experience in the hotel or hospitality industry, with a focus on corporate sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, networking, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively across regions (up to 60–70% of the time).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office Suite, and sales reporting tools.
