Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets through new business development, upselling, and cross-selling.
  • Manage a team of sales representatives to ensure effective field sales activities, retail sales, digital sales, media sales, radio sales, print ads, website sales, B2B sales.
  • Identify opportunities for growth in existing accounts and build strong relationships with clients to increase repeat business and referrals.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.

Job Requirements :

  • 1-7 years of experience in corporate sales or related field (e.g., advertising agency).
  • Proven track record of success in new client acquisition and retention.
  • Strong understanding of internet sales, print sales, radio sales, TV sales principles.
